Vivianne Ventura Dias
PhD Economics (University of California, Berkeley). Former Director of the International Trade and Integration Division of the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), with many years of professional experience in several international organizations (ILO, UNCTAD, United Nations-New York), Mrs. Ventura Dias has been deeply involved with trade and development questions.
